Diet culture burnout is a budgeting problem in disguise

Every plan you abandoned assumed money you didn't have.

We asked new clients why their last diet failed. Almost none said willpower. Most said something like: it was fine for two weeks and then rent came.

Plans written for a different bank balance

Most meal plans quietly assume ₹5,000 to ₹6,000 a week of fresh food, a fridge that's always stocked and evenings free to cook. When payday is Friday and it's Thursday, none of that exists. The plan doesn't fail; it just stops being possible.

You didn't lack discipline. You lacked the cash the plan was written for.

Starting from the ledger

We do it the other way round. We start with what's actually available on the thinnest week of the month, and build the food around that. It's a smaller plan, and it survives rent.
